Before you call or stop by to speak with a claims professional, it’s helpful to make sure all the pertinent information is at your fingertips. First of all, you’ll want to have the applicable auto, home or commercial insurance policy available. You may also want to have a pen and pad ready to take notes as you speak with our claims team, making it easy to jot down important details for later reference. If you have any relevant documentation from the accident or incident, make sure to have that within reach as well. This might include a police report or information from other parties involved.
