Questions for your agent

Get clear answers before you choose.

  1. What information is needed to complete a quote?
  2. How will that information be used?
  3. Who may contact me, and for what purpose?
  4. What am I agreeing to before I continue?

Contact and consent

What happens before contact information is requested

Will these three answers trigger a call?

No. This first screen does not request contact information. Any later contact choice and consent should be shown clearly before you continue.

Will I see a quote before sharing contact information?

These three answers do not produce a price quote. They help you review your next steps. A full quote requires additional driver and vehicle details; ask AALL what information is needed and how it will be used.

Does a quote request create coverage?

No. Coverage begins only after a carrier issues a policy and confirms the effective date.

Know what you’re choosing

Liability generally covers harm you cause to others, not your own car.

Arizona generally requires 25/50/15 liability limits for vehicles driven on public roads. Meeting the minimum is one consideration; understanding the gap is another.

  • What liability is forCovered injuries and property damage you cause to other people, up to policy limits.
  • What liability alone generally does not payYour own injuries or damage to your own vehicle; policy terms apply.
  • What an agent can help reviewWhether minimum liability fits your vehicle, finances, lender requirements, and risk tolerance.

When liability-only may fit

Tends to fit: an older, paid-off vehicle whose owner is prepared to handle repairs or replacement without an insurance payout.

Usually doesn’t fit: a financed or leased vehicle; lenders typically require physical-damage coverage beyond liability.

Separate note: if you use your vehicle for rideshare or deliveries, ask an agent to check that use and the coverage you need before driving.

These are general patterns, not advice about your policy. Ask an agent to review your situation.
